Absolutely disgusting company, me and my partner just rang about a house they have on their website for rent. The women who answered the phone was so rude she made a comment about how she needs to talk the landlord as she doesn’t believe he will accept us as we have too many children. The house is a 4 bedroom house, for myself and our 4 foster children. I carnt believe that in this day and age we are still getting discriminated without even knowing our situation. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone at all.

I have been a tenant at a property managed by Wright property Barnstaple for approximately 3 years. Initially I only had good things to say about them. They did their quarterly checks without fuss and ran a minimal interference approach.

In recent times this minimal approach is nothing short of appalling customer service, to its tenants past and present. There appears to be no communication between members of the Wright property team. When ringing or emailing to speak about an issue or a problem there always seems to be an air of cluelessness with whoever you are speaking to. I have lost count of the times I have heard or read phrases such as "there's no notes on the system" or "this should have been done but it hasn't" or "we have no record of..." Sadly they seem to not act in a professional way when managing tenancies on behalf of a paying landlord. When speaking to them records and dates always seem to be missing or incomplete which does not inspire confidence. Furthermore when they say something will get done, it doesn't and you end up having to constantly chase them.

4 months on from ending my tenancy and I am still receiving calls from tradesman who have been given my number when I no longer live at the property. Their poor service cannot be attributed to C-19 disruptions, it was substandard long before this.

Whilst the people working there have been in no way unpleasant to myself or other tenants, I would actively recommend them because of their poor professionalism, lack of care and poor customer service.

Possibly the most uneducated and discriminatory company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As an Estate Agent and Property Professional myself of over 15 years I am disgusted that discrimination is still around in this day and age. I have two children with disabilities, due to this I wouldn’t be considered for a property. I will be taking this further with the relevant people for licensing purposes. Discrimination is not allowed in the industry anymore. So please ensure your staff have the relevant training and teach them how to adequately deal with disabilities.

Absolutely useless. Appalling customer service and communication and have zero interest in what they’re supposed to be doing in property management. Wouldn’t touch them as a landlord or tenant.

We work closely with the Wright Property, carrying out a range of grounds maintenance services for them. The team are always most helpful and send a good deal of work our way. Invoices are always paid on time, and emails / phone calls are responded to promptly. A great company.

I have tried to make contact with the commercial department Tim Hickman on a number of occasions, left messages on his mobile, this was for a first contact on a large advertised property. No reply....Extremely poor service, not a company that i have any confidence in attempting to start doing business with. If a person is not available, then leave a message accordingly or divert your mobile to a colleague.
