I recently rented a property from Thomas Marsh and my experience exceeded expectations. The booking process was seamless, and the property was exactly as described on their website.

The location of the property was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, which allowed for a peaceful stay. The property itself was well-maintained and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided.

The communication with Emma and Humza was excellent.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience renting through Thomas Marsh and would highly recommend Thomas Marsh.

Thomas-Marsh is a well reputed letting agency in uk. My experience from the beginning was fantastic. From the moment I entered the place I was welcomed to the place, explained everything showed me the house as planned and it was all very professional. Coordination in between the reference process and waiting time was superb. Regular updates. Emma and Humza are two excellent professionals working for Thomas-Marsh. Humza is a superb personality with great coordination. Thanks for the wonderful support team Thomas- Marsh and Humza Patel. Well done keep it up!!!!!!

I had a bad experience with Thomas Marsh estate agents in Grays. Been a customer for over 3 years. Was renting my flat out and had a full management contract with "TM". First few years all was good apart that tenant missed a few payments and I had to find this out, "TM" did't realized that. Last year of tenancy "TM" never inspected the property for over 8 months despite had to every 3 months and tenant subletted the property. I had to find this out myself, "TM" never new this. After informing them "TM" didn't do much to help me out. Been like they don't really care. Had to find all info myself. "TM" didn't answered my emails for days. Property was for sale, which was throught the "TM". In the end I lost the buyer though all the paperwork was ready for completion. I also found a house for myself and was in a process of buying it and lost the house because of the subtenants not moving out. Had to hire a solicitor and begin an eviction process. Been dealing with subtenants myself all the time, negotiating for them to vacate my property. All I had from "TM", that they can't reach the subtenants. But I could. In the end I negotiated myself for them to vacate my property. In my opinion "TM" didn't do much, breached the contract. Never even sincerely apologized for all the situation. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Thanks

Don't sell your hse through them , I'm a buyer and I've put offers in with no updates- I've left several emails no reply- I've called and they said ill get someone to call you back no call back .
I feel for the seller as if I can't negotiate a buy or offers the sellers are wasting there time .. the correspondence is absolutely beyond belief.. so need to do better. Good luck if you ignore this post ..Avoid!!

I've been a tenant with Thomas Marsh for nearly 6 years....and initially I didn't think much of the staff or the way they dealt with things....but Emma is amazing....I refuse to deal with anyone else....every issue she's resolved and she's always been there for us...she's a lovely woman and I've built a wonderful friendship with her....she's made being a tenant of Thomas Marsh so much easier, calmer and with people like her on the team it's become a very friendly estate agents. We need more people like Emma.

Myself and my husband were interested in a property and booked in for a viewing that weekend. Our host and letting negotiator was Abby, who made our first time renting a property one of the easiest journeys, even though we had experienced some difficulties with refinancing she went beyond to sort this for our application. Abby was super fast and responsive everyday and even late nights. She made us both feel really comfortable, Abby has exceptional customer service. Very well spoken and honest young lady and really helpful throughout our application process.
