I made a claim for a puncture on my tyre. The tyre had to be replaced as it was side wall damage and the guys at tidyalloys made the process easy and hassle free. I got the money for the tyre into my account after a day. Glad to know when you have to make a claim, they act accordingly. I’d recommend my friends and family.

Haven't had to make a claim yet (touch wood!) but the person I spoke to on the phone to get some clarification on exactly what the cover included couldn't have been more helpful.

One of the things I like a lot is they actually state who they use for the repairs, so you know that they don't just use any random repair company on your expensive alloy wheels!

I bought the insurance in August last year for my new car. After 4 months tried to make a claim for a 2mm deep dent above my bumper and they didn’t want to help. I rang them twice and they promised to help but nobody bothered to come back to me. They said they don’t cover a dent when it’s on a bumper. It didn’t make any sense. They were very good when they wanted me as a costumer but when you need to claim they don’t want to know you. Very poor and ignorant costumer service. Hussein Shaffie

Read reviews and company had really high scores and excellent customer feedback.

Vehicle bought from Main Dealer 28/9/19. Purchased 3 year Prestige policy £199 on 25/12/19. No confirmation received, contacted Tidy Alloys a few days later who apologised and said policy would be issued.

Still no policy received, contacted company again who then requested photos of wheels even though the policy was bought within 90 days of buying the car. Sent in photos taken of various angles that day but were taken in fading light and Tidy Alloys requested more photos - fair enough.

Next day cleaned wheels and sent new clearer photos in best possible light, showing each wheel, face on, as requested. Before Tidy Alloys replied back to say if they were going to accept photos, or not, i decided to cancel policy and emailed Tidy Alloys 3 hours later as lost confidence with the company as read a few reviews where someone had made a claim but claim was rejected by Tidy Alloys as the wheel repairer stated claim was pre existing damage.

After email to cancel, Tidy Alloys replied within a few hours agreed to cancel and refund which was QUICKLY made by them and paid within a few days.

I later contacted Tidy Alloys with the latest clear photos of wheels asking whether they would have accepted these new photos prior to cancelling the policy. No reply from the company.

Shame i cant upload photos sent to Tidy Alloys for people eho are reading the review to decide. I would have appreciated if Tidy Alloys had got back to me with regard to the new photos.

Disappointed....... as this seemed an excellent policy with good customer feedback. Generally the company was good at replying and refund was dealt with very quickly by them.

Company should remove the buying car within 90 days if still going to ask for photos of wheels for polices bought within 90 days of cars purchase and just request photos for all new policies undertaken.

Excellent experience so far, purchased smart cover for a new car. Well worth the money. Have had 2 claim and has been a pleasent experience speaking with Ben and Mark. Very efficient and have had someone out to repair car within a day of our initial call.

The best insurance company ever. I got the insurance for my Mercedes alloy wheels. When I make the claim, the process is easy and very quick, very responsible. They sent me to a local garage (Goodrims Dartford) then they repaired my alloys perfectly !
