The best! Jeremy and Terry and team who run Tiger Barn are just fabulous; it's not like a normal cattery, they really do love and care for cats. Every time I pick up our little cat he is content, happy, cuddles up to Jeremy and I'm not sure he wants to come home! Fully recommend Tiger Barn.

I have just collected my little boy from his holiday at Tiger Barn Cattery. It was his first time away and the first time I have used a cattery. I missed him very much and felt terrible leaving him. The owners of the cattery sent me reassuring messages during our holiday which put my mind at rest. Our little boy soon settled in back at home happy, content and super affectionate. I can sincerely recommend this cattery.

Lovely cattery, lovely cat loving people.

A lovely, family run cattery. The cats are very well cared for and loved! I particularly appreciated the regular personal updates on how my cats were getting on whilst we were away. Felt very reassured that they were in safe hands! Thank you x

Terry and Jerry are proper "cat people", they really get what cats need on an individual cat by cat basis. We have taken Oliver there for a number of years, they even took him in when he had been savaged by a feral cat, and gave him his meds. He's fully recovered now and is aways super calm when we put him in his little box, for a "break" at Tiger Barn

I do not recommend this cattery, and I wish I could give it zero stars. It's now been 2 years since they lost our beloved family cat, and she still hasn't been found. To say that this has been an awful experience for my family would be an understatement. Our family cat Fizz, who had never been away from home before, was lost within just one week of staying here. Despite there being multiple doors between the enclosure and the outside, they told my family she managed to escape. It's clear that a tremendous amount of negligence went into them losing her. If you care about your pets, I cannot recommend strongly enough that you avoid this establishment. It's one thing for a cattery to fall short on amenities or customer service; it's an entirely different matter to lose someone's family member due to an extreme lack of care and attention.

Edit in response to the reply: You are responsible as a business for ensuring the safety of the animals in your care. This isn’t just about our family’s distress; it’s about the unacceptable negligence and incompetence that led to losing Fizz. While you claim that we "publicly attacked" you, this is exaggerated. We made posts on Facebook to inform the local communities about Fizz’s disappearance, hoping that someone might see her and help us bring her home. In one of these posts, I briefly mentioned that I don’t recommend your cattery due to the experience we had. The reviews you reference are my own, and it's well within my right to share this experience as Fizz was our family cat.
I find it baffling that you claim our comments could “almost certainly constitute online harassment.” Simply put, our posts are a factual account of what happened. It’s disappointing that you would equate the emotional distress of losing our beloved pet, to the alleged ‘distress’ this brought upon your business.
The suggestion that information about Fizz’s personality was withheld is an unfair attempt at deflection. Fizz was indeed a shy but very sweet and well-loved family cat, and these behaviours are not uncommon for cats. To imply this is a reason for her escape or that her being in a cattery was somehow inappropriate is an attempt to evade accountability for your own actions.
The excuses presented here are simply efforts to deflect and minimise your responsibility. If you truly care about the cats in your care, then acknowledging and addressing this mistake would have been the right step forward rather than defending yourself against your own negligence.

We left our cat,Misty, there for a few days for the first time. We worried she wouldn't settle but she couldn't have been looked after any better. All cats are individually looked after and receive lots of love and attention. Will definitely be back. Grahame and Sue
