Tincknells are wonderful. I have used them for heating oil a number of times and they have always been very reliable. This week I was let down by another supplier and almost out of oil. Tincknells came to the rescue delivering fuel within 24hours at a reasonable price. The woman in the office was so kind as I was panicking a bit and the delivery driver was really helpful. I am so grateful to them and it is a lesson learnt to keep using Tincknells. Excellent customer service and a great local supplier.

Fantastic service from Tincknell Fuels. We ran out of oil overnight on one of the coldest days of the year. Neil the manager was superb, insisting that we would have oil today, even if he had to deliver it himself. Neil didn’t need to deliver it himself, but we had 1000 litres of oil in the tank within 3 hours of me making the call.

Easy to deal with, quick delivery and always willing to fit in an emergency delivery if you've let the tank get low. Good drivers too: how anyone can negotiate a tanker down the extremely narrow lane alongside our house without scraping the walls amazes me. Perhaps not always the cheapest but try negotiating; it sometimes works!

I have had nothing but excellent service from Tincknell fuels, be it from fuel delivery drivers or routine boiler service engineer's. I would recommend Tincknell's to anyone who has a boiler or need heating oil as the price is normally cheaper than the rest.
