Phoned them a few days ago. Was told I would be receiving an email within 5 mins... 3days later no email... on the phone to them as I type still on hold...been an hour since first call. It automatically hangs up... also only way through to the department I need is through 1 number which closes as 5:30. Department closes at 6! Researching other companies this was a total waste of time.

Nothing but spammers using stale mailing lists to spam people then claim you asked for a quote within the last 12 months! They have absolutely no proof of any quotes requested nor how they got your details.

Ask them who their data controller is, they dont know...

I'm not even a driving instructor!
I'm sure the ICO would like to hear about this.

Very unprofessional, but what can you expect from spammers buying stale mailing lists!

The 2 insurance companies i was put through to weren't interested,
The first one apparently had system issues after spending ages on the phone giving me details, they said they would phone me back in 15 minutes, still waiting a week later.
Next company put me on hold after giving them my details, waiting 45 minutes on hold before I hang up, complete joke and a waste of my time.
Think you need to have a look at the companies you use. Wouldnt recommend unless you want to waste your time.

Great to deal with !

No irritating lenghty phone calls, just simple straightforward emails. They put me through to an insurer and I took it on the spot.

It was probably the best deal i could have got and they worked out who would be best FIRST TIME. Thanks for your help.

Very rude staff, your not giving us insurance for free, speak with some respect to your customers. Because of the rudeness i didnt take out the insurance with your company.

Joe at Total insurance was very helpful with my situation, and went the extra mile to find me the right policy for my needs. Due to the type of policy and the large amount of indemnity that I need, he could not help me this time, but did advise me with different avenues to go down so FairPlay. If I ever need further help with insurance, joe will be the the first to call. Top fella, new his job very well. Very helpful with all of my policy needs and questions, very polite what more can you ask for.

Called in to get a motor trade quote as was brand new to the trade, passed through to the trade team and got a really good price, i would recommend this company to any one looking to save money !
