Terrible, terrible, terrible. I do not know where to start with this company. I had five buy to let properties insured for over 10 years with his firm. They decided a few months ago that they would not renew as they are no longer doing buy to let insurance and would pass the business to another Towergate branch. I could not get anyone to return my calls from the other branch and when contacting Cambridge they made no effort to help me whatsoever. It would’ve been easy for them to pass my file onto their other branch and we could’ve got the insurance sorted immediately. However this disjointed, dysfunctional, uncommunicative company doesn’t know it’s right arm from its left arm. Hours and hours on the phone with promises to return calls that never came. I ended up doing all five properties through direct line which I found so easy and friendly. Please avoid these people.

Going on Web site to cancel my car insurance. Impossible. Then phoned but after 1 and Half hours of waiting and getting no reply gave up. They are supposed to be ringing me tomorrow so hopefully I can cancel my insurance. After being a customer fir many years a bit disappointed with the service.

Hi...I had to cancell my motorbike cover so the new owner could instead the bike.I have tried to insure my bike by phone over 8 days a total of 5 hours 13 minutes listening to the horrible tune every 11 second.Well you did ask...Alan Scott
