We received such an amazing service from Town and Country Mortgage Services. We were in a 4 way chain, and at one point things looked bleak and we were worried things were going to fall through however Ben literally saved the day and managed to find us a mortgage. He gave us hope and we are so happy we managed to buy the house of our dreams. We had brilliant communication with Ben throughout the process and Liam was very helpful too with assisting in the application. Couldn’t thank and recommend them enough, will definitely use their services again.

Ben and Josh at T&C have made my experience seamless and stress free. Ben was always been there to listen to me, answer my questions and reassure me that everything was ok. He explained the process from start to finish and gave updates regularly about where we were in the process and what/when we should expect to hear.
When my mortgage offer came in I had an appointment with Josh who changed over my existing insurances to new ones for my new home. He found the cheapest prices and the best cover and again was always friendly and reassuring.
Both have been an absolute pleasure and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else help me through this process.

As a single first time buyer I went in to the process very apprehensive, but I have come out stress free and excited to move in!
Ben and Liam have been so great to work with; professional, friendly and their attention to detail is amazing.
There was no question too big or small and I felt supported from start to finish.
I also dealt with Josh to sort out insurances; but due to some medical issues we couldn’t sort life insurance at that time; but he will remain in contact and is positive he can help!

Exceptional service by Ben and his team. When we contacted Ben we had just been told by a different broker that we wouldn't be getting the mortgage we needed to buy our first home!
