Got a quote for several areas of work that needed doing - front door, cladding etc. Had some emails back and forth and telephone chats and I decided to go ahead with the quote. I confirmed this via email and a phone call. I then never heard back from them! I chased this up a couple of times and gave up! What a bad service and a waste of time. A very bizarre and pointless way of running a business.

I ordered a French door which they came and fixed in and left. The next few days later the house flooded through the door as there was rain flooding inside. I let them know what happened and they refused to accept that they caused the problem after telling me they had 24 years of experience with this business. They came to view the issue which was just over looked and said there was nothing wrong with it and that it wasn’t their fault. They then said that if we were unhappy with it they can remove it and refix it for a price of £500. Once I refused the fixation I went to look at the issue myself to find a 7cm gap between the 2 connecting panel’s of the door. I contacted them with evidence on the issue which they then constantly apologised for and sent another 2 employees to fix. Once the 2 clearly unexperienced workers came they unbotheredly added a few pieces to the gap “trying to fix it” which made no difference and still ended up leaving a gap. I let them know that this wasn’t the correct way to do it as it caused harm to the door bending it. They once again refused to fix it correctly so I had no choice but to send them away and hire others to correctly fix it. I then tried to contact the manager however I had nothing but excuses on how to “contact the right team” and get my problem sorted. I’ve had other issues with this company as they have many times gotten my orders and work done wrong. This company has done nothing but waste my money so I’m making this post to make everyone aware not to use this business.

Removed and replaced 3 old PVC windows to the front of our home with new REHAU units with Georgian bars. Team swiftly removed and replaced all three windows in a single morning's work. Made an excellent job of finishing and fully cleaned up afterwards, leaving no mess. Fitters were very polite and punctual. Prices are highly competitive. Windows are very high quality from a respected brand. Highly recommend them. Great job guys! 👍

Just had door fitted on an investment property...looks really good, my tenant said they where, polite, professional and didnt leave a mess. I have used Tradesfit4u before and if you have any problems with the installation they are quick to sort it out unlike some window companies

Highly recommend Trade Fit 4u excellent quality installation, great team of lads who were all friendly, polite, respectful, clean and tidy. Communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. You get what you pay for!
