I was insured with this company I would advise all people do not insure your vehicles with them. They take your money very fast and then cancel your policy mid way without a valid reason, I had my vehicle Stolen overnight and they cancelled my policy the next morning not willing to pay me out. This is a very unprofessional company who are scammers behind running it. They have done this to many other people within the trade I have spoken with and all have similar experiences. Do not insure with them if you want a genuine policy.

Please do not use this company because if you ever need them they will let you down! After a bad experience I read reviews which was to late for us!!
Not professional at all as they cancelled our policy by a text!! Said no insurance as of now! Everyone was at work It was 3pm on a Monday! Reason was a conviction that was over and done with!
I have spoken to many companies since this that have confirmed they do this a lot normally the min a Claim goes in! They google your life and cancel your policy by a text! I have just read the reviews and everyone is saying the same things! There are many professional brokers, please if your a trader remember you have more vehicles at risk than anyone else! Don’t waste your money so your research we never did and now look!

This bunch cancelled my insurance policy about 3 years ago and then told me they would be keeping the money i had paid them aswell, i see they are still at it with the same old tricky tactics, i actually managed to get all my money back off this lot, i wasn't aware like a lot of people on here that they can't just cancel a policy and keep your money, i was able to get all my money back with a bit of legal help from a family friend, most important of all don't believe anything they tell you as they often talk nonsense. hope this review helps others who have had nothing but trouble with this company.

Worst insurance company, took out a company policy as a registered company house gave them all necessary paperwork yet after initially accepting the policy they cancelled after the 30 days period without valid reason saying we didn't supply them with sufficient paperwork at the start and now demanding full payment. Spoke to a few traders and they said the company is a scam working out of an office in Enfield North London. I am going to do my best to advertise this scam of a company. Better off going to a different company best advise you'll ever get.

Please avoid Tradewise as much as possible. I had a Motor Trader's Policy with them, my £8,000 car was stolen and instead of paying out they decided to make my policy void. I am still in a state of stress due to their treatment with me when i needed them most. I was a loyal customer for 3 years and paid all my premiums in full. I am planning to take them to the Court very soon.

The previous review mirrors my experience. Trade Wise decided to cancel my policy stating a good reason! Fine, provided evidence but still couldnt resolve. Agent also tells me i have to pay back full balance when i was actually expecting a refund ! bunch of crooks!!!! i am going to prosecute them! As they affected my Mental Health and business.

had traders policy with them, for 4-5 month. then out of nowhere they requested v5's of 3 vehicles and told i am insuring not my vehicles there for cancelled policy. ever since i was trying to contact them with no luck and no clear understanding to my case - why i been considered insuring others cars, and how in first place they came up with this idea. just messed up all insurance things for me and my wife... just disgraceful

The insurer cancelled our policy due to a late payment (fair enough) but then claimed we owed for the entire year £2500 advised that they would drop this charge if we paid up to date and started a new policy with them (blackmail) which we did then still had collectors chasing the money for a further 2 weeks! Spend over an hour to get through to ANYONE just to be cut off several times, receive a letter from them daily requesting new documents etc just to spend hours on the phone to them absolute pain in the back my life revolves around this company and now stuck with them for the year! AVOID!
