Had to leave a review as I'm very confused as to the very negative reviews that have been left by other customers.

I couldn't of asked for a better experience when buying a car. Both Roger and Kim were nothing but pleasant, helpful and also showed a great sense of humour which helped massively as just going into a dealership it can be very daunting but straight away they made me and my partner feel at ease.

They let me test drive the car and also done me a very good deal that worked for both of us. I've been done over from a dealer in the past and I can tell you now thess are good honest hard working men and if you show them respect then you will get the same respect back.

I finally have a car that is reliable and safe for me and my children thanks to them and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family for future purchases.

They could not be worse, promised me a new MOT (cos when I bought only has 5 months MOT left), when I went back to them, Roger negated what they promised, shouted at me and threatened me to throw me out, what a cheater and liar, how could they survive a business like this? no standard customer service at all! Shame on them! They put shame on Southend!

My friend Wanted to buy a car He really liked from him and we were checking it out. The owner came and became very rude and asked us to get out of the car simply because we were also checking about the car online. Thank God we didn’t buy from him. He’s silly, uncouth and very intolerant for a car dealer. Won’t be surprised if people don’t buy from him. No wonder his reviews are really terrible.

I wish I have zero stars option. So pathetic and indecent guy who owns it. He has no tolerance and gives no respect to the potential buyers. Zero courtesy and doesn't behave well. Thank God I didn't buy a car after reading so much comments that he doesn't recognise you the moment you buy car.
