Russell at Transparent has been a fantastic support to me and my partner through the house buying process as first time buyers. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and he has always helped us with any queries that we may have. My partner is self employed and Russell managed to find a lender that accepted us for what we wanted when other mortgage advisors couldn’t. We are very grateful to Russell for all the support and guidance he has given us and still continues to do. We couldn’t have done this whole process without his support and expertise. Russell Braiden is extremely knowledgeable and has been incredibly supportive throughout my first time buying and the challenges that arose.
He is super responsive, informative, communicates very well and breaks down the process with a handy video to help understand it all very easily.
He really went out of his way to make sure I got the best deals and gave excellent advice.
I am ever so grateful to him and will surely use him again if required in future. If it wasn’t for him and his advice, going above and beyond, I probably wouldn’t be on the property ladder now!

I just bought a property and obtained a mortgage and insurance deal through TRANSPARENT Mortgage services. I received an outstanding service from Russell Braiden, who had a friendly and professional approach and offered a client centered, respondive and personalised service all through the process. Russel is also very knowledgeable about his field of work and has a very good understanding of the different situations and scenarios that may arise in the process of buying a property and how this may affect mortgage choices and negotiations, which was very reassuring for me as a first-time buyer. I also found Russel to be honest and trustworthy and not at all pushy and/ or pressurising in his manner/ approach, which was a definite bonus. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to work with Russell again in a couple of years, when I'll need to re-negociate my mortgage deal.
