Kerry who works in sales is very quick to respond, is easy to contact and always keeps you up to date. The entire Express Sales team were fantastic from start to finish. Richard provided a thorough, positive but realistic valuation with endless knowledge and experience in house sales in the area. The photos he took for the advert were brilliant and he even came back on a sunny day to do the outside shots! This will be my second review for Express Sales, as in total I have used their services three times now so you could say “I am a repeating customer”. Having shopped around I keep coming back to Express Sales because I am so impressed on their fantastic customer services. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff, on arriving in the office I was greeted with a broad smile 😊 and they spent as much time as I needed to understand the whole process of selling and buying my sons house.

My son placed it on the market With Brad and he immediately added this to all the relevant internet sites for a full range of marketing his house, how long was this I would say 3 hours amazing.

The same night they had approx 6 viewers and a further 5 the following morning all introduced through Express Sales. Did they sell it ? Yes they certainly did!. The negotiating was second to none and worked at all time for the benefit of my son and providing sure he received the correct buyer.

2. Would I recommend them? yes I would.
3. If you really want to sell or buy a property then before you decide on Agents just call them first, and judge for yourself.. You will not be disappointed.
