Providing you a competitive insurance quote then asking for further details (post acceptance of quote) as supposedly the ones provided are ‘incorrect’, then quoting much higher quote (double in my case) due to the new information they haven’t even asked for initially, then charging a £65 ‘cancellation fee’ when they no longer are able to offer competitive insurance and insurance cover hasn’t even started… seems to be their business model (check trustpilot.. wish I had done so before going with them..). Will not use again in the future - beware.

Absolutely appealing service, I am now waiting for a call back regarding a second complaint being made, my insurance has now been cancelled and they are charging me the over £300.00 for the privilege. It's a good job your bikes are better than your insurance and their customer services!

Absolutely appalling service with 50% of your policy in hidden charges should you wish to cancel. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUSTANCES, ALSO PART OF BIKESURE INSURANCE WHO ARE JUST AS BAD

Aweful service, started a policy with them to then a few weeks later find out that they had cancelled my policy because they needed some more info without me knowing, no call, no text. I then get a letter through saying I owe them money and them threatening bailiffs. Don't bother with them, go with Bennetts. ?
