I took my daughter to their annual Halloween party and it was such a lovely experience for us. It was nice to see the interaction with the residents and we felt included throughout.

I sould like to thank all the staff for keeping my mum safe during this pandemic.
It's been difficult not being able to visit but I am happy knowing that everything possible is being done to keep her safe and the staff that attend to her safe too.

Our family thank you all on behalf of all the residents loved ones, and we look forward to the future when things will be different and we can once again visit.

Trowbridge oaks is absolutely amazing, the staff are so caring and understanding nothing is to much trouble. The standard of the food is great and everything is made fresh. The care the the residents get is perfect cant rate the care home enough simply perfect
