I have and would highly recommend Ashley for his brilliant advice and getting us through a tricky mortgage process. Due to his advice, we opted for a fixed rate even though we thought we wanted a tracker. We are so glad we listened to him as fixed at a great rate just before the recent increases which would have been a blow for us. He then saved us further monies by securing a better life assurance deal than we would have got ourselves. Made it all so easy at a very difficult time for us. Explaining everything in lay man terms.
