I was missold a Service Plan when purchasing a used Ford Fiesta from
Trustford Dealer , when I booked a service I could have a curtsy car I told
the salesman no, Fords had an age discrimination Insurance policy (I am88yrs) but the
plan also had a collection & delivery when the service was due,which I
booked only to be told I live out of the collection area which was some
18 miles away. I did get my service with C&D but it would not happen again even with 3yrs left on the Service Plan. I only bought this plan because I can not leave my wife for any length of time.

After making several calls to Ford, nobody made the effort to contact us back on several occasions and I still don’t have my logbook!!!!
Today 17th September at 2.30pm I called again and the sales person who answered my call told me that I had to wait due to DVLA having issues with the printers and all the v5logbooks have been debated across de country.
Having a doubt of his feedback I decided to contact directly DVLA and they confirmed the car is under my name, they had the wrong address, they sent my v5logbook to the wrong place and there is no issues with them printing the logbooks!
I would like to report this to the head office and I would like a follow up regarding this matter as I truly believe that the dealer was taking advantage of me as English is not my first language and I feel I was mistreated unfairly.
DVLA now has the correct address and they will send the logbook, however I feel discriminated as the dealer never got back to me and even worse lied to me several occasions only to stop me calling them regarding my logbook which for me it’s totally Disgraceful!
The after sales care is extremely poor and after this experience I will never purchase or recommend from the ironic name “Trust” Ford.
I will write a truthful review of my appalling experience.

I rang Joe at Barnsley on Wednesday. Asked for better quality photos of a car I was interested in. And asked for another query to be answered by phone. So far, two days later, nothing. Very poor customer attention
