Took my elderly mother there after phoning several times to make an appointment. Their answering machine always stating that they were dealing with other customers. Arrived there only to find them closed and workmen doing building work. Thanks TSB for letting your customers know!

It's never open! Long waits. No way of putting in money when it's closed. Closed Saturday. Closes at 4. ..just for starters . Sort it out
