Called to discuss Block Management and after I checked the website before calling I noticed it appeared to have been hacked and was instead referring to Palestine and Gaza instead of Block Management. I explained I was just letting them know but that was not why I was calling.
Karen became quite rude and just said she does not want to talk about the website and I should go away. Considering the call was genuinely about Block management if that is the attitude, manner and tone I am to be spoken to when I was simply notifying them in case they were not aware and I was calling with a different question. I don't think I will bother.

AVOID AVOUD AVOID TUFFINS
Tuffins what a joke!!! Highly do not recommend, have left myself and a NEWBORN in a riddled black furry moulded bathroom for the first 8 weeks of her life. Gone the opposite way of what it states to do on GOV website. They cannot look after their block of flats, 3 years been trying to get them to fix the gates surrounding the block so this building is SECURE and SAFE. Still nothing done. As a result of them not fixing things the underground garage has now been broken into, doors been kicked in, electric wires ripped out. Even when you ring up they dont really take responsibility. AVOID TUFFINS IF YOU CAN!!!!

I rented a property though Tuffins for 2 years. They were always helpful and polite and went the extra mile. No fuss about petty things and empathetic with the lessee. Fees are very reasonable compared to other agencies.
