Big thank you to Sophie at Weymouth store. I highly recommend anyone to book there holiday here.
After trawling through the Internet for a holiday i gave up! so popped in to Tui, i was greated by Sophie who proceeded to help me find my perfect tailored holiday, nothing was to much trouble and although there were customers waiting i never felt like I needed to hurry. I came away extremely happy with the attention and understanding of the type of holiday I was looking for and booked it at a great price. thank you once again x

I am now counting down the days to my getaway thanks to Nicky. Very grateful for her knowledge in getting the best holiday at the best price. Furthermore she took the time to enquire elsewhere in a bid to tailor make our trip. Nicky is prompt, polite and positively perfect as my TUI Agent. Not a thing was missed or a question unanswered, she gave me homework too with Apps to download, details to be entered on particular websites and checking the all important validity of passports. I am very happy with how she communicated effectively what I needed to know and any tips for once I am in the resort. Thank you Nicky and my wish thereafter was that I wanted to be there to book in person!!

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in Cyprus all booked by the lovely Sophie in the Weymouth branch. We just wanted to say a massive thank you to Sophie she was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgable and so helpful. It gives you such peace of mind knowing that everything has been booked through the branch and that you are able to pop in at anytime to ask questions etc. All the staff in the Weymouth branch are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

We went to TUI Weymouth branch & spoke to Nicky about booking a holiday for this year, she is excellent at her job, listening to our wants & needs for some winter sun & advising us on which hotel would suit us best based on previous bookings we have made with her. She really has 5 *customer service & is so knowledgeable about holidays that TUI offer & countries she has visited. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere to the store as all the agents are very approachable & their combined experience of travel really shines through. We felt very at ease whilst choosing our holiday , so much so we are in the process of booking a second one with Nicky for next year!

Due to our age we do like to discuss and book holidays with a Travel Agent. Sophie in the Weymouth Store was very helpful with good Customer Service skills. She matched the Internet price for our Thailand trip and although we didn't get a great deal for Lanzarote due to availability we got a good currency exchange. Thank You, your help is appreciated.

We had booked to go to Parga in July, but wanted to do a trip other than a blue caves trip. Spoke with Nicky at the Weymouth shop who recommended the TUI trip to Meteora monasteries. Went with her advice and wow so glad we did, we were not disappointed. Fabulous day out, we were looked after for the whole trip, even visited a gorgeous mountain village on the way back. The TUI guide was very knowledgeable.
The monasteries are unbelievable and definitely worth a visit.
