Offshore banking. 2 months wasted. Nothing delivered but excuses. They said it would be 2 weeks. I urge others to review on trustpilot also, as I based my decision on the reviews there. Will leave one accordingly.

No refund or partial refund after repeated requests, no valid reason provided. Scam company.

3 months since application. still no sign of bank link as promised. They are not processing the refund they said they would provide in the event of non delivery of banking link.

Unable to deliver anything but lies, broken promises and time wasting.

This review is about the banking service. In short, if you don't want to lose your time and money for nothing, you shouldn't use it. I had given a chat to specify my requirement before I booked the service, and everything seemed to be easy as they said; But it didn't. You should spend time with Google to find all suitable bank and contact them directly on your own. I am from Asian and that is what I did to get a suitable bank for me. I regret that I didn't read other comments here before booking the service.

They send me clear instructions and once the Documents where send from my side, 2 Weeks later I got all documents from Turner Little. It went without a hiccup or any trouble. I found the team to be very professional and helpful. Also now I needed some help with contracts which where promptly written and given to me.

Worst service ever. Complete waste of money, avoid this company, they will probably say I'm not a customer also. After months and 2 1/2 k down the drain I finally managed to open a bank account in the virgin islands, that offers no protection to your funds, thanks Turner Very Little help!!

Very happy with the entire team at Turner Little. Caring, compassionate professionals. Listened and understood our complex needs, I honestly consider them asa key strategic partner to advise my businesses and family. Have recommended lots of friends and family who have all been blown away by the personal service. I honestly think the previous reviewers think Rome was built in a day. To get the right solution, which is long lasting and covers the direction of your business, family etc this should never be a 5 minute thing. If someone offers a fast solution in this industry they either haven't understood/listened to your needs or you probably shouldn't be placing trust for such things. Reach out and judge fr yourself!

My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews on Google before engaging the services of Turner Little!

How I wish I had done that now.

What they lack in professionalism, competence and customer care, they more than make up for with rude telephone manners, misrepresentation of facts and delay tactics.

A matter of simple offshore bank account opening - which should in most cases take 2 to 3 weeks from submitting completed documents - has dragged on for 3 months and in the end they came up with their standard excuse which you can read elsewhere on the reviews of having tried their best and that they have fulfilled their terms and conditions and so feel they are entitled to the money without having provided the service for which they were engaged at all

What a bogus money-grabbing operation they run. I wish it was possible to give ZERO stars

I console myself by saying that the money they scammed off me was for one financial year only yet a helpful Google review to other would be clients could pay-off forever

Please save yourself and find another service provider.

Don't make the same mistake that I and others made which could have been avoided had I took to my time to review other customer experiences on Google before proceeding.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
Please be very careful when dealing with this company, I would also give ZERO rating if it were possible.
I have just recently commenced a claim against them through the FCA and financial ombudsman.
They fail to keep promises, send demanding/threatening letters for invoices never received and then state it is a computer glitch.
They even denounce Google reviews and say they aren't concerned about negative reviews.
Three months into my application it was noted that I had not certified my identification and I was requested to provide the same. However by this time I had already complained about the service and requested a refund, due to their diabolical service but was denied.
They have now tried to turn the blame onto myself in an attempt to deflect responsibility.
I also received an email stating that my application for offshore account is not a service which they are regulated by the FCA.
You will see there is a common theme of the reviews. Strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere as this mistake has cost me over £2k.
