I had an account with them and wanted to replace my expired card, but can't get hold of them on any number other than leaving a recorded message that they don't reply to. The card was useful whilst traveling and online purchases. There customer services was shocking to say the least. Often aloof and condescending. They don't even seem to respond to a request of new business! I can't imagine them lasting much longer! I would give them a swerve and seek an alternative card

Tuxedo is the Owner of Eccount Banking Platform
Eccount is a Scam Stay Away!!!
Stay away! BEWARE!! Opened a new account & had some funds transferred into my account which was only the fee for the card. Never received a card! Then I asked my friend to transfer money into my account for a DVD player he purchased which he did and sent me confirmation! All of a sudden the account is not active! A bogus company called SMBX compliance - An individual by the name of Nelli has been emailing asking for ID and other documents including the proof of source. I’ve provided them with this information yet they’ve come back & asked for the senders bank statements! This is not required ! The bank Is fraudulent DO NOT open an account with ECCOUNT or put any money into an account you have with them! They are scammers and take all your money. I have complained to the financial ombudsman and I have gone to the police today. Your money is taken from these guys AVOID AVOID AVOID. Find an alternative and look at other reviews they are all similar stories! This is a fraudulent apparent “bank”.

I have tried to contact them with still no reply as I can not get into my account or draw any money, I would appreciate it if someone could contact me!!!!!!! Appalling service as you can't even ring them!!!!!

Schlechteste Bank der Welt.
Hab diese Bank auf meiner Reise benutzt und hatte nur Ärger und Probleme.
Sehr hohe Gebühren bei Anhebungen, über die Feiertage (17.12- 7.1) werden keine Geldtransfers bearbeitet (kam ca 3 Wochen nicht an mein Geld), sehr unübersichtliche Kontoauszüge und und und.....
Ich wünsche niemandem dass er auf diese Bank vertraut!
