This was not current but March of 2022, but when I called to ask what I need to do going forward following the passing of my mother the receptionist was rude, unhelpful and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else who could help me or have anyone call me back. TWM have my parents trust so therefore I had no choice but to use them to deal with her will and probate. It was a very difficult time and I didn't need the rudness. I had to have a member of the church advise me and help me as I was unable to gain any help here. They were able to later help me with the probate but abruply stopped responding to my polite emails and requests for an appointment on what to do after that and how to transfer the estate. The estate in still in limbo.
