Penni was highly knowledgeable and helpful. She found the right insurance policy we needed to insure our parents' home, which is going through probate. I found them through a Google search, as few companies offer home insurance when going through probate. I highly recommend them. The previous policy had been cancelled as the original insurance company doesn't do insurance on homes going through probate. Thankfully, I found Ukinsurance.net.

A fantastic company for service and contact.
They called me to remind me of the expiry of my policy, then again on the day it expired, we renewed on the phone plus a couple of small changes included. Extremely helpful staff, would definitely use this company again if I needed to insure an empty property.

I say 5 star because they are super helpful when you are buying as were most other companies I contacted.
I came here as; due to Brexit, I can not get insurance for my UK hone if I am not UK resident through normal "compare sites" and even a company I had used for 7 years could no longer help me. Sadly no Spanish company that in the short time I looked could either.
So, 1 of three, all helpful and good but these guys got me the best policy to match my needs and made the process really easy.
Hardest 2 bits were paying, prices have risen all over it seems in the UK and second having to listen to all the mandatory legal stuff that is in the documents however it was sort of useful as it help remind me what I was buying.
Holiday, unoccupied, letting property insurance and just confirming the basics.

If I need to claim, I have not needed to in 7 years, I may update.
