Jen and UKloupes were absolutely excellent, I can’t recommend their customer service enough. Both Will and Jen were extremely helpful and friendly after I found myself caught short when my only pair of loupes broke. I was able to arrange a demo very quickly which, for anyone that has been in the same situation before, is extremely useful support to have!

Loupes are of course a big investment and initially I was unsure on which mag to go for, Jen very kindly arranged a second demo with me which really helped me to feel secure and confident about my purchase. I went with the 6.5x SurgiTel ergo, can’t wait for them to arrive!

Since I begun using simple magnification in the early 90s I’ve had a number of different makes of dental loops over the years. HoweverI have used UK Loupes ever since they started in 2010. I have two pairs, a 3.5 and 4.5 magnification. Their value for money and build quality is excellent, however I must also praise their ongoing support. Things do wear out most especially the nose pads and a quick call to them had them dispatching replacement parts on the same day. Well done and many thanks.

Amazing service - thank you. I have been so impressed how well I have been looked after by Will at UK Loupes. I have an old pair of Surgitel flip ups that needed some spare parts and repairs. Will couldn't have been more helpful in terms of emails and what's apps, then sending out exactly what I needed and when I was struggling with them, being kind enough to fit all the necessary components for me. All this for such a small sale! There are a lot of dental loupes on the market but I have found Surgitels to be such good quality but more importantly I would have not hesitation recommending UK Loupes. I have fantastic support from this company. I have ordered loupes, which was so exciting about it. I had to wait a little longer as they did not have a colour that I had ordered but shared this with the customer service, and in no time, they sorted it.
