Really unhelpful staff member. Was wondering did he have a bad day but made me feel so common. Had a problem with my Ulster Bank Mastercard and was told in an unhelpful voice that Ulster Bank Mastercard is nothing to do with Ulster bank. I have been an Ulster bank customer for 41 years and have never been spoken to like I was the other day by an Ulster bank member of staff at your Andersonstown branch. Some retraining of staff is required here or maybe a written warning is needed

Called into this Belfast branch to lodge cheque, could not lodge cheque at the counter. You can only withdrawal cash at counter?. Unbelievable... offered me a quick loged envelope, I said no...will go to my local Ulster Bank branch. Not happy.
