What a star, it's our great nieces birthday tomorrow, and she's 10 loves Bank notes, and we wanted to give her a hundred pounds, she hasn't got any of the new king Charles ones, so my wife went into the branch to see could they help us and they were busy, two cashiers on duty, and they hunted around going through banknotes until they found some and both of them were lovely and very understanding. Thank you for going the extra mile and making a couple of pensioners very happy guys. Banking at its best!

Your staff need training to deal with Autistic customers, I was seconds away from blowing up when one of your mates refused to give me more money cos i reported my card as lost!

People with autism do not have the longest fuse, maybe all you banks including the discriminative NHS should get some diversity training!

The staff and management team are so helpful and so friendly always there to help you with any issues, smile to them they will smile back, be polite to them (no mater how you treat them they will always be polite to you)if they didn't approve a loan don't run them down (it's for you're own good) i have been with them for over 35 years and never had a problem, staff and management team are fantastic, get to know them before you criticize them 😊

I went today to transfer money from my current account to my savings account but the teller did the opposite, there was only me in the bank at the time but she spent her time conversing with other employees who were in the back and was very dismissive of me so I'm thinking if a mistake such as I experienced can happen I would like my accounts looked intojust to make sure they are correct. After today my confidence in your bank has been shaken.

Arranged a financial advisor call .
This didn’t happen after receiving 3 different confirmations
After a total of 1 hour 45mins on the phone with various customer service advisors I was finally passed to complaints team who re arranged and confirmed a next day appointment . Ulster bank Bangor called to apologise and confirm my appointment. My call was due and After waiting 20 mins for my phone call I had to chase customer service and complaints department again ( currently waiting an hour to speak to a complaints handler again ).
Once I speak to the complaints team I will be arranging to go to open a new bank account elsewhere.

20 years with this bank and it’s fault after fault and with zero Saturday or late night opening it’s of no use to me .

Open 9.30am -4.30pm and closes for an hour between 12.30 and 1.30 for lunch - oh and not open weekends.

If you have a job , forget about getting anything done here.
