I opened a savings account which was fine for a while until the interest rate dropped through the floor.
What a pain to close it. They wanted me to go to a branch in NI to complete the process. Not much help when the nearest branch is the other side of the Irish Sea.
Honestly - Don’t bother.

I have used ulster bank since my first savings account was set up. I used a hippo saving money box at home and school. francess or Jan will be happy to help with your banking needs at this local branch. Ulster Bank also offer a 24/7 help line for customers with query's or security concerns. I would highly recommend this bank
