The best student accommodation in Lancaster by far! Amazing prices and outstanding customer service, any time there is a maintenance issue or a concern it gets dealt with right away and they are always there 24/7. I feel very safe living here, there is CCTV everywhere and all doors are secured by a pin code. The flats are very modern, well maintained and clean! 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone that is considering living with Unipad.

I’ve had a great experience with this accommodation service so far this year. Very nice interior design for a student house and they are always looking for ways to improve this as they have already fitted new furniture since we have stayed here - providing for a comfortable living. This, along with the responsive maintenance team and landlord being very friendly make us feel relaxed and knowing that if there’s an issue they’ll respond to it very quickly. Overall a great service that I would definitely recommend to other students looking for a new place to live.

Unipad is a very nice place to live! The flats are very safe with lots of CCTV and a gate to prevent non-residents getting in. The appliances and technology is up to date, nice furniture and facilities.
The flats are right next to town and less than 2 minutes away from the bus station and supermarket too.
Glad to be staying here for another year!
Not to mention how helpful management are and quick responding too!

Staying at uni pad was such a splendid experience. From the get go walking through the gates felt so secure. The courtyard was attained well and made me feel so safe as a student moving from a different city, having the sense of security was essential.
The rooms were well maintained and furnished to a very high standard. The studio I stayed at was definitely such well sized and so beautiful. It felt luxurious even as a student.
The staff were always available whenever I needed help, the neighbours were respectful and very friendly.
I was so glad to have complimentary cleaners too! After a long day of work/ uni it was nice to come home to a fresh and clean atmosphere.
Overall a very nice experience. Would recommend.

It is a lovely place to live, with its great location, luxury interior and helpful staffs.
The living room is absolutely spacious and perfectly integrating the fridge and the dish washer. Wall hanging TVs in each room is also a big plus! The complimentary cleaning every months also save us a lot of effort from maintaining our flat.

I rented with Unipad during my time at Lancaster University. The flats (both in Rhodes house) were beautiful and a great location, and for the time the price was fair.

However, I want to give a warning for those looking to rent with Unipad. Towards the end of our tenancy we had gone back home for the Summer holidays, but had left our belongings as we planned to return for a week in the Summer to socialise and then pack our things. When we returned there were complete strangers living in our flat with our belongings nowhere to be seen. After calling the landlord we discovered our belongings had been moved into an unlocked flat without any of us being informed. The landlord claimed that because one of us had returned our keys (our flatmate who lived abroad), all of our tenancies had effectively ended. This was never communicated, nor did we recieve a reimbursement for this supposed early termination.

The sofa in our flat was very cheap and poor quality, so the fake leather would flake with minimal use. We were told this would cost upwards of 700 to replace, despite us finding the exact sofa online for half the price.

I also want people to be aware that our landlord bribed us into leaving 5 star reviews, saying that we could get more of our deposit back if we did. Please take these reviews with a pinch of salt.

All in all, the accommodation is great, though if I were doing my time again I would have rented with a different company.

Great flat, great location, and great staff. The flat was modern and stylish with up-to-date appliances which made it enjoyable and easy to live in. The location made everywhere in Lancaster easily accessible and nothing was too far away. The staff resolved all problems, if any, quickly and efficiently and were always pleasant and happy to help. I would recommend all students to live with Unipad as I cannot fault them.

I stayed in Rhodes House for a year and can’t fault it. The flat was in the best location for walking to town and very close to the bus station. It was very well equipped with plenty of storage space. The property manager and maintenance man were easily reachable 24/7 and helped with any issues quickly. Overall it was a great experience.
