Took my wifes Mercedes 9 years old to get the auxiliary battery changed and replacement brake pads. After they diagnosed the problem it was a capacitor that had failed which they then replaced, they happily dealt with the warranty company to ensure the works were covered. They also advised the brake pads did not require replacing, demonstrates how honest they are. All this was done within a day and my wife collected the car. She commented she received the same warm welcome I got and even commented how comfortable she felt dealing the the guys down there. They know how to put you at ease.

The service they provided was better than the Mercedes dealership we normally use and they are good as you would expect for the prices you pay!!!. Unit Exchange are fantastic, the labour charge very fair and extremely good for the highly experience guys there.

I would highly recommend this family run business, I am certainly going to be using them again.

What a wonderful local company. I needed a new car battery. Not only did they offer to replace the battery and charge a fair price for the item, but also were prepared to to come to the vehicle located outside my home and make the switch. This, too, was at a significant lower price than my insurance company who were going to charge me £161 to come out and change the battery.
Unit Exchange is what local, old-fashioned, fair service is all about. I cannot recommend them highly enough
