I'm writing this as objectively as possible. This company is not an insurer, but rather a simple tech firm with a website that funnels people towards it's subcontractor 'The Claims Consortium Group' which, should you ever have to claim, is near impossible.

During our claim in which involved a drug dealer crashing into our house and damaging our front wall, it took over 10 months for this organisation and it's subcontractors to send us a damage report.

The service was so poor that I ended up writing to the regulator who had to intervene, and it was only then that our claim began to see movement.

The fact this company is allowed to operate in the UK is a disgrace and I would advise anyone currently with them for the cheap rate to switch.

Incidentally, the criminal who caused damage to our home was released before a single tradesperson started repair work.

Their system bug cancelled my policy rather than the auto renewal and they refused to reinstate it. Had to purchase a new policy elsewhere. When they finally acknowledged their error, they still refuse to refund the remaining time on my policy. They say they are a company fair to their customers and just following standard procedures, even when their error has cost me money. Awful customer service and communication

If you reached out to offer to reinstate the policy, why did I get this email from your company?
“It isn't possible to reinstate policies once they've been cancelled. You can check if you're able to take out the same policy (with a different policy number) on our website”
So at what point would I think I was still covered? Surely it’s obvious why I had to purchase another policy after that email?
To later change the decision and say, actually we can reinstate, after I purchased another policy is clearly too late. But you still won’t refund my loss of money.

WARNING THIS IS NOT A 1 STAR REVIEW

I leave 0 starts for Urban Jungle insurance. Happy to take your money, but should you ever find yourself in a situation whereby you need to make a claim they are wholly unprofessional and offer terrible service, with no comfort and offer nonsense figures to complete the necessary works.
We are now 3 months on since our kitchen was ruined due to water damage, and are now finding ourselves having to go through the insurance ombudsmen.
Unless you are willing go with their own supplier (with terrible reviews) then you do not stand a chance.
DO NOT ENTERTAIN THESE CON ARTISTS…

Don't bother using these for your home insurance. The second year they do an Auto-Renewel and there's absolutely no way of cancelling it because there are no contact numbers or customer service team!! They have tried taking money off me for the last fortnight which was 2 and half times the price I paid in my first year. Iv sent numerous emails to cancel but just being ignored!! Simply use someone else..

Pathetic. I had to make a claim. My house was floded and mobile stopped working. They insist I call them. I have written to them so many times asking if I can get a replacement phone. They never answer my question. I have asked them so many times to send someone to give me a quote for the work. They never answer. When they needed to send a surveyor to inspect the damage. I told them to let the surveyor know my phone is not working. I dont hear for a week. I ask have you told the surveyor to email me as my phone is not working. Guess what, no answer. I finally buy a phone and get SMS's from the surveyor. These people are totally incompetent.

Totally unprofessional and absolutely no care for their customers. I had a very small claim for an old MacBook Took over TWO MONTHS to get any sort of conclusion. I had to call constantly to ask what was happening and every time I call I got a different answer. I will NOT be using this Company again.

Worst company I’ve ever deals with. The claims handling company they use is awful. I was constantly chasing up for information. I was doing all the legwork for my claim. They don’t care who they want to do is make money. Avoid this company at all costs you’d rather go with a better reputable company who will handle your claim in a more professional manner.
