Took in parcel which had already been paid for.the woman behind the counter didn’t have a clue how to deal with parcel.give me the parcel back and said she couldn’t help me.had to travel 7 miles to devizes post office for them to tell me all she had to do was give me proof of postage.useless post office and won’t use them again.woman was also rude.
