As a wheelchair user this post office is unsuitable for these reasons; narrow space near counters,the owner has place a writing area in very unsuitable place when patrons are using the surface to do their paper work they have to use the space just to stand and write ,this blocks the way for the wheelchair.In variably I had asked people to move of the way,as people are very courteous they are helpful.But that’s doesn’t need to happen there is plenty of space in the shop for a more suitable location for the writing station.The owner knows my concerns I have illustrations to him my concerns he said it is within the law and I can just ask people to move,that really isn’t the point ,yes people will move but why should I have to ask people to move when they are doing their paperwork.The own “told me off” to day on my visit saying just ask people to move.I surgestedthat he move a self unit unit which is empty he said it would cost him £7000.pounds do do so,.It was unpleasant to visit this post office.The manner with which I was spoken to etc ..I live locally but will not use this post office again.The post office in broadway is much better alround.

Came here yesterday to deliver a parcel. Customer service was amazing. The lady on the counter was so helpful. With technology the way it is it’s difficult to navigate sometimes. The post office got very busy whilst I was there’s I decided to go home and check all the details on my parcel. Transpired I’d put the wrong details on the parcel. I came back a little later(with the correct details) we had a little laugh about it. Thank you so much for you help today Ann
