First class service from Sus Lopez-Garcia and team. Faced with an improbably tight timeline, Sus acted with great pace and rigour to turn around a valuation against all odds (indeed other stakeholders felt it could not be done).

Frank kept me regularly updated on the progress of our rent review and was more then happy to answer any questions, he was always very approachable and friendly. I was not looking forward to the process but could not believe how quickly Frank negotiated on our behalf and sorted out all the paperwork, the whole process was painless.
