I recently had the pleasure of exploring the Newfoundland building at Canary Wharf, and I couldn't be more impressed. The architecture is stunning, with a sleek, modern design that stands out against the skyline. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, featuring spacious layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the river and city, and high-quality finishes throughout.

The open-plan living spaces are both stylish and functional, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The kitchens come equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making cooking a delight. Bedrooms are generous in size, providing a serene retreat with ample storage.

The amenities in the building are top-notch, including a state-of-the-art gym, a residents' lounge, and beautiful outdoor spaces for relaxation.

I also had the opportunity to work with Arnaldo from the lettings team. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping me find the perfect space. His attention to detail and responsiveness made the process smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, Newfoundland is a fantastic place to live, and Arnaldo's exceptional service truly enhances the experience. Highly recommend!

I was really impressed with the service I received particularly from Arnaldo when I was searching for my apartment and finally settled on the Newfoundland building. It’s incredible views sold me instantly. Arnaldo was responsive and very helpful during the search and move in process. The whole Vertus team have been very helpful during my first few months, right through from the 24/7 concierge team and the maintenance team/ engineers. I have had a few minor issues which have been rectified relatively quickly. Everyone is very friendly and I settled in very easily 🙂

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Vertus – 10 George Street so far! Arnaldo, my Leasing Consultant, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire process, from the initial viewing to move-in. He ensured all my needs were met and made the transition very smooth.

The building itself is excellent, with great amenities, beautifully maintained common areas, and stunning views. The location is perfect too – it’s only about 30 minutes from my university, Queen Mary, which has made my commute easy and convenient.

One suggestion I think could really benefit future residents, especially students like myself, would be to offer 6-month rent payments upfront instead of 12. This would make it much easier for students to settle in.

Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend Vertus to others!

We’ve had a great experience at Vertus- 10 George Street so far! Our Leasing Consultant Arnaldo was super friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our viewing to move-in process. He ensured that all our requirements were met and patiently assisted us with all our queries. The referencing process before move-in was however very lengthy, time-consuming and a bit frustrating with a lot of documents requested back and forth- this could definitely be improved. The concierge team and the maintenance staff have been great. The amenities in the building, the common areas, the locality and the views are fantastic, we’re very pleased!

We spent 2 years at the Newfoundland Apartments and one of our favourite memories will be interacting with Sally at the concierge desk. She always had a smile and a positive word to add to your day! She always made the dreary London mornings a little brighter by being there! She would always look up from whatever she was doing to welcome you home or to tell you to have a great day. We will definitely miss that!
