I have been a tenant of a property managed by Vicary & Co for nearly six years and have found them to be both very capable and very professional in every dealing I have had with them. I have dealt with Maxine from Vicary for most of my tenancy and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. While there has been very few issues with the property over my time here, Vicary & Co have been prompt and professional in dealing with the issues. I would recommend Vicary & Co to anyone looking to rent a property.

I have used this company for a number of years to manage a rental property. You will not find better in Ian and his team especially Alex who goes beyond to make sure all is done well. More recently I have used them to sell a property and unsurprisingly they excelled at this too.

I am a tenant of Vicary and Co's and at first I was a bit nervous as their rules and regulations are so stringent but then I realised that this is obviously why they obtain the best tenants for their landlords. Maxine is a super efficient power-house and has often gone way beyond the call of duty to assist me with various issues. 12 out of 10 letting agents!!!!!

Man at the Bridport office was very rude and angry and accused me of shouting at him (which I most definitely did not). He also asked me about benefits which I'm not sure he was allowed to do. He never called me back as he said he would, when I called him , he was rude, spoke over me and raised his voice. I was left feeling very upset and not really understanding what was going on. I work full time in a professional position so I didn't feel that I deserved his onslaught of being spoken down to!! Very upsetting
