Vickery Holman has been working with us to manage our property, 8 flats, in Cornwall for a year now. We were drawn to VH as Amelia Julio initially came across as professional and knowledgeable. We have not regretted this decision as Amelia’s efficiency and drive has enabled us to complete the installation of new windows and doors throughout the complex as well as redecoration of the whole building. We would highly recommend Amelia - she is a credit to her company.

Vickery Holman has managed our estate (86 flats and 31 houses) for the past six years. For a little over two years our property manager has been Amelia Julia.
Amelia's professional and enthusiastic approach has led to increased operational efficiency throughout all areas. Through prudent financial and contractual management Amelia has kept overall budget increases to a minimum, whilst increasing the overall maintenance standards right across the estate. This is something that has been noted by many of the residents.
