I contacted Visionary Finance after googling and finding out they were the best with dealing with shared ownership properties!
I needed to remortgage and wanted to buy more shares of my property, all at the same time!
It became quite stressful trying to find a new mortgage lender, trying to figure out how many more shares I could buy etc...by myself! I literally felt like I had no idea what I was doing and that nobody knew what shared ownership was!
Suki Gill has been amazing! He helped me understand everything, knew what he was taking about, sorted everything out that needed to and found me a new mortgage deal I didn't know I could get! And managed to get more shares in my property I didn't know I could get!
He was always there and quick to reply to my emails/calls, as well has any worries/questions I had.
I would highly recommend Visionary Finance and Suki Gill to everyone! They just made everything so much easier and stress-free.
I would definitely use them again in the future!

My mortgage broker at Visionary Finance - Hannah Tee - was, and is, an absolute star. From the same-day initial consultation to the very very end of the transaction (i.e., even when I asked right before arranging the completion date to change the mortgage product which she manged to magically do within the same day, without any problems, as always), no ask was too big or too small. Even when we ran into issues with the first lender, Hannah was able to quickly arrange a second lender in place to take over without any pain for me.
Hannah's advice was always thought through, tailored to my circumstances and knowledgeable.
Hannah has been on hand, incredibly responsive (even over the holidays) and accommodating to ensure that the process was as seamless as possible.
I could not recommend Hannah enough and am feeling very glad that I'll never need to find another mortgage broker ever again! Thanks so much again Hannah!

Very fortunate to have found Hannah Tee, after receiving wrong financial advise from Barclays and on the verge of giving up our remortgaging process for the time being! We came across Hannah who has been brilliant from our initial conversation up until the stage we are at now I can't find anyway to fault her. She is a breath of fresh air in the industry and has given us more than what we can ask for. People are very quick to leave negative reviews about firms but its also just as important to write when things have gone well and the service received has been nothing short of excellent. With not always being home or able to answer in normal hours she has created a Whatsapp group between me my partner and Hannah meaning we can get quick responses without having to write endless emails, something that has been really helpful! Her knowledge has been the difference on our particular circumstances and the way she explains everything is exactly what you need during what can be a painful process.

Suki was looking after me at the beginning and did a great job, then for a moment I was dealing with Faye, Hannah and Serena who were very helpful too.

4 months, £5,000 and hours of time and effort wasted on a company which has shown little empathy or compassion towards our situation.

So many mistakes made by Visionary who will no doubt make excuses about them all and blame anybody and anything but themselves.

Application for our mortgage was initially keyed as a BTL as an expat rather than a purchase as a returning UK national which caused huge delays. Questions about my expenses in another country when I had explained numerous times we had relocated.

It’s clear to me now that KYC isn’t important to Visionary as they never understood my situation. As a broker they should have given me the best solution yet I wasn’t ever consulted on this. The best solution for me would have been the quickest one but they forced me down to a bank which was never going to be quick by Nick’s own admission.

I wasn’t asked if cost or speed was more important.

Communication was horrendous and only once I complained about it did it slightly improve.

It’s clear to see that all they are interested in is getting a fee and couldn’t really care about the client.

I was told my application was accepted and would be issued within 48 hours and then it was 3 weeks later that my application was eventually declined! I couldn’t get a logical reason as to why. Any other person who works in finance will know this is due to poor service but I’m sure the team think this is somehow acceptable.

Lies, misinformation, lack of communication and a selfish mentality.

I look forward to the excuses to come in the reply.
