I have yet to book the accommodation and I'm still undecided, however the support from Faye Liu is unbelievable. I was in Newcastle for just 1 night and very last minute asked to see around westgate, around 4.45pm. She then did everything in her power to get me a viewing despite being a last minute request and awkward time she was able to get me a viewing for 5.40pm. It was 11/10 customer support and is a big reason why I am leaning heavily towards Vita westgate. This type of customer service was also matched by the reception staff who did the tour of the facilities (sorry but I didn't catch her name). Overall, even if I don't end up picking vita their newcastle team and specially westgate team has stood out as the perfect example of what customer service should be.

Home away from home. The accommodation team members always made me feel like I was at home with family, and that really helped when I first moved into the accommodation and was homesick.

Loved every minute of the start to the finish of my stay at this very fine establishment. Was really really lucky I made the right decision in my accommodation choice, and I promise you you won’t regret staying here ❤️

Vita student is a great place to stay whilst at university. Startbucks is around the corner and Coop chicken (halal) is amazing. you have access to the entire country via train as the station is just 2 mins away. Not that you would want to leave Vita Student as its the bestest place ever . There is a 24 hour gym access, bicycles to rent and large movie room. if you don't feel like studying you can go chill in the hub. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Oh and for the coffee lovers there is free coffee !!!

I had an excellent stay at this student accommodation in the UK. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great time at Vita Student Westgate! It is located in the city center, close to the university, train station, and metro station. The breakfast is plentiful every morning and there is room cleaning every two weeks.
Most importantly every staff is sooo kind and helpful. Special thanks to Stu and Karina - they are like my family here!
