So pleased with the personal service I get from VN Accountancy & Bookkeeping.
Vicky was my accountant when she was with another firm. After she left, the service I received just wasn't the same.
I was so pleased when I saw she had set up her own company and I immediately jumped ship.

What I like about them is the completely bespoke service I get. Not only for my personal tax returns but also for my companies.

With the other accountants I have used in the past, they didn't really understand or take the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and that money really wasn't top of the list but being ethical is.

Vicky really understood where I was coming from and was able to make suggestions based on what I wanted to achieve in the next year.

We also have planning meetings every year so that if I have a specific goal in mind, they help me plan the best way for me to be able to do it.

VN Accountancy aren't just an accountant that you speak to once a year. They are genuinely invested in making your company succeed and you just feel like you are important to them which was seriously lacking in my previous accountants.

Oh, and there is an added bonus of them being slightly less expensive than the big name accountants I was using before.

So, personal service - made to feel empowered by planning ahead - less expensive.....I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else.
