I dealt with Courtney in my recent move and can highly recommend both Votta and him personally: he was professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in making the whole experience as stress-free and smooth as possible.

Votta sold our house but we were having a few problems with how long everything was taking. Spoke with Courtney and he took care of everything. He was fantastic with sorting any problems we were having. Can’t recommend this guy enough. Very approachable and will help with absolutely everything. They demand maximum cooperation from tenants and landlords which is the basis for good relationships and minimal disagreements.
