The wrong account is listed in the savings section, leaving me unable to access my own funds. There are no support lines available, and after emailing customer service, I was told to expect a response in five days. That’s unacceptable. With poor support and uncompetitive interest rates—especially compared to Chase or Co-op’s regular savers—there’s no reason to use this company’s savings account. WAGESTREAM.. If you're going to provide banking services, offering real, accessible support is the bare minimum. Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid

I absolutely love this app. You are able to see your wages earnt on a daily basis, and should an emergency occur, you are able to withdraw instantly. Fantastic service and never had any problems when using Wagestream at all. Would recommend to all, but also do be cautious that if you were in a position to ask for an advance, to be mindful that this will be reduce your salary at the end of the month. Please bear that in mind, but a wonderful app and easy to use.

How does this stupid app make any sense?! If I need my pay in advance, even willing to incur a service fee, how does it make any sense at all that what I requested to be transferred will be transferred within the upcoming 2 pay periods?!

What point is there in this app if that is the case?! Stupid waste of time on a ridiculous app charging you for your own funds, but not sending the amount over immediately or within a reasonable few hours.

Wagestream has been a gamechanger for me when the end of the month comes round and money can be a bit tight. As long as you bear in mind that the amount brought forward, plus modest transaction fee, will be deducted from your next salary payment so will deplete you from the start of the next month, it's a great facility to have, and I would now be lost without it. Much better than borrowing from elsewhere. I like the tracking, and the savings pot option too, which you can also withdraw from fee-free if needed, and I look forward to any additional features to come. Thank you for providing a financial safety net!

It has taken me over 3 months to resolve an issue with my bank account. There is no number to call, the customer help team is ai, then when you get through to a human they take days to reply, and are unhelpful. Overall a terrible life damaging experience for me leading to massive personal issues because , to this day, I still haven't been paid thanks to their incompetence. Disgraceful service, and a scam

Zero stars if I could. Have not been paid my salary from a week ago due to Wagestream's error. Have been chasing up all week but their support is non existent and any reply is AI generated. Where are the humans to speak to? Their bots repsond so slowly

I have already copied the email you provided in all of my correspondence.I can see it has been received as it been pasted on the open ticket that is pending feedback on the APP, yet no response.
I am looking to raise this with my employer because I can’t afford to have this pending for too long due to avoid financial crisis.

The customer service is a minus .. I am yet to get an update on a ticket I have raised gone 5days and I can’t even access my wages. As a single mum , being able to access advance wages helps with emergencies and able to provide a stable life for my kids.. I thought Wagestream was just perfect until I had an issue with the app not updating my shifts .

This is not a problem from my employer because I was able to see these missing shifts last week but they all disappeared and the app is now showing latest shifts submitted to be early January which is incorrect. I reached out to them but no update , I am left confused and in a panic .

This can be really useful if you’re using it carefully. When our car broke down I was able to take some money out to cover the costs. It really took the stress away. However, you have to be very cautious of how much you’re taking from your overall salary as I imagine it would be very easy to take too much leaving you short for the next month. If you can use it as an emergency fund instead of every day use, the system is brilliant. There’s a saving option you can use as soon as your pay goes in as well which you soon forget until you see it building which can feel rewarding. Used safely it’s brilliant!
