Local independent suppliers are few and far between these days particularly ones with such a long history. They sell an amazing range of quality products at competitive prices. Lost for words , food gave our dogs projectile diarrhea, AND WIND LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED, HAD THIS BRAND BEFORE SO UNUSUAL took the food straight back to change . Would not give refund ! : response : 'WHAT AM i GOING TO DO WITH IT NOW ITS OPEN, I SELL THIS FOR £23.99 , IT COSTS £20. CUSTOMER FOR 20 YEARS , FIRST PROBLEM. Not good is it Quite upset really as the staff are usually a pleasure .

Very disappointed to find the anti squirrel feeder I bought would not assemble due to the heavy bolt being too short.
Rang the co only to be told they come assembled. All the paperwork gave instructions for assembly.
Next response ring Amazon.
Amazon are sending a replacement tomorrow. My fear is it will be exactly the same. If all the ones Amazon have are faulty surely Walter Harrisons and sons would want to investigate or lose customers.
