Con company basically don't cover you for anything.and the car has to actually brake down before they even decide to repair it.i have a alternator fault and it's not charging properly but no it still not covered

Warranty and new used vehicle purchased for business. Vehicle developed faults and visited independent VAT garage for inspection. Multiple faults identified and vehicle deemed not safe to drive. Claim submitted and initially declined until evidence of warranty held and paid for as per invoice. Resubmitted claim and advised that the vehicle will need to be inspected by them before authorisation of works. As the vehicle isn't safe to drive and the dealer being circa 230 miles away from the PONKO, option to return isn't valid or an option and therefore a deadlock situation. Claim via Small Claims Court now submitted to claim costs over £2000 and climbing due to other new vehicle faults. Purpose of Feedback is to highlight to others of PONKO's poor aftercare customer service and that they are happy to sell warranty add on products which they are unlikely to honor in the event of a claim.

HAD A £1300 BILL 1 MONTH AGO JUST HAD ANOTHER £4300 BILL.

We bought a car a few months ago and we had a problem, because the garage didn't change a faulty piece that they mentioned they had replaced. I got in contact with Ryan and he was super useful since the first phone call. He always replied to my emails in a few hours and sent me all the detail information how to proceed with the warranty process. He was also the point of contact we us and the garage we bought the car. He helped us to get the car fixed in a few days after identifying the problem. A very good professional.

I bought a car from a fairly big garage which unfortunately developed a fault within a week of owning it. The garage I bought the car from were extremely unhelpful in getting it sorted but the same cannot be said for Warranty Protect - they were spot on! Ryan in particular, who was dealing with my case, was so helpful & professional and responded to all emails within a couple of hours. He kept me updated the whole time and although the process took a little while to sort, helped me to get my car fixed as quickly as he possibly could. Highly recommended.

I bought a car from a garage 3 weeks ago and unfortunately it broke down. I got in touch with Ryan, as the car came with a 1 month basic cover with warranty protect. From the beginning, Ryan was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. Before he asked me any questions relating to the car, his first instinct was to make sure that I was okay and make sure that I was safe. Ryan sent me a very clearly presented email with a step-by-step process to follow. The response time was fantastic and I was always kept updated throughout the process. My car required £300 worth of replacements for mechanical failure but thankfully some of the work was covered. Ryan provided incredible support throughout a very stressful experience.

Very satisfied with the level of customer service received from Warranty Protect. We recently purchased a new car that was faulty and after receiving little help from the company we purchased it from, the two gentleman that helped deal with our case could not have been more responsive and helpful. A big thanks to Chris Hicks who dealt so professionally with our claim and his colleague Ryan who also helped us when Chris was off duty. We finally got our fault repaired thanks to these two wonderful gentlemen, both a credit to their team!

Not worth the paper it's written on. Have tried to claim on this for the last few weeks and now the company are just ignoring my emails and calls. Have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks via phone & email.
Taken my car to be repaired now and will be taking them to the small claims court to claim the money back & the cost of the extended warranty.
Will never purchase from Reed Autos if they continue to use this 'sister' company and palm off all responsibilities.
