This is an amazingly good company. When I phoned them to ask them about a claim on a car which I had just bought I was able to speak to a very helpful, named human being who explained what I should do. Every time I have rung they know my case and have provided a solution. They also communicated with my garage, paid the garage - in full - promptly, and the work has been completed. This company is highly impressive. Thank you for your very efficient, effective service by very pleasant people - a role-model for most other companies who don’t provide a service anything near to this.

Best Warranty Company By Far.
This is the second vehicle I have owed which is covered by a warranty from warranty solutions group.
Every experience I have had with them has been extremely positive.
The process is dead simple. The agents I’ve spoken to have been extremely friendly and helpful.

Warranty given April 2025, so I haven't used it yet, but received a welcome call from a lovely guy named Michael who explained things and asked me to save their number so it's handy if I ever need to call them. I like that they're on the ball and offering the welcome call and contact. Sounds like a friendly and helpful company - I hope I never need to use the warranty, but if I do need to, I have confidence that things would be easy to sort with them.
