I asked this company for help with a tenant that wasn't paying. They said they offered this service, managing tenants. Seems as if she just passes you over to another company and then has nothing else to do with it. So actually this services isnt offered. The company she passed me to was KW Move + Move Lettings (I got emails from both companies). They were useless and cost a lot of money for no work. We had to do all the chasing, plus all the forms. Even for the court, then to be told it had been filled in wrongly, even though I got Move Lettings and KW Move to check before sending. Be careful also, as when you sign up with them you are contracted until the tenant moves out, which could be years!

I was introduced to Stacey through a mutual friend as I had been having great difficulty selling 2 recently refurbished properties via Purplebricks. Lets just say I am eternally grateful for the introduction. Stacey and her team were nothing short of a miracle arranging multiple viewings per day and overseeing every aspect of the sale of both properties (including going above and beyond what I would've expected of them).
Without Stacey, Im sure I would still have the properties on the market, yet she managed to arrange both sales in under 8 weeks.

Stacey is a Superstar. She has completely re-defined our impression of Estate Agents through her highly personalised approach. Absolutely marvellous team took most of the stress and other issues out of my direct participation.

We were having issues with our on-line solicitor and the progression was going slowly. When Kay was ensigned to our case she was able to explain every little detail between us and the solicitor which took a Huge amount of pressure off us. She actively kept us up to date with all the required procedures and documents that needed to be processed on time. I can honestly say that without Kay's help the whole process would have been a nightmare.
