Waterfolds attempted to illegally evict tenants by changing locks on premises, shutting them out of their homes and causing unnecessary damage inside. I had tenants in tears thinking that they had been evicted illegally which was exactly what Waterfolds tried to do. They had not been to court and had no right to take possession of premises. If you find yourself in this position dealing with this company ring the authorities quickly. They have met this type of company before and will be very helpful.
