Time wasters. I called twice to discuss my requirements regarding my "buy to let property" business. Which has substantial assets. I was asked to attend an in person meeting at their offices. Within one minute of my arrival, they said that they could not help me. I had clearly outlined our needs so why not tell me that on the 'phone rather than wasting my valuable time. Their offices are very shabby.
