I went to this hub branch. You can't exchange £20 back to £. That's a basic bank transaction. I eventually went to a post office in another town who put it straight onto my debit card. Watton is a dated town. I doubt the hubs will prove to be long lasting unless they offer better services not just basic banking. A Lloyd's staff person came out to tell me you would need a Lloyds debit card to change it at a branch. I am an HSBC customer anyway so a pointless conversation really. Not very helpful. Wasted my time going there. One star rating well earned. UPDATE TO REPLY: You don't need proof of purchase for my €20 to swap back to £ at the post office.

I attended the hub yesterday and was very pleased with the service that I received there. I spoke with Louise from HSBC and found her to be very helpful and I informative as indeed were the others staff members. I will definitely use it again .

The banking hub in Watton is brilliant now that our local HSBC branch has closed. We made an appointment to see one of the HSBC staff and managed to sort out all of our business as we did in our old bank. Parking is available right outside so its great for our elderly father to do his banking too.
