From the day I first had contact with We are Mortgages to today when we have received our mortgage offer, the service levels have been absolutely incredible. Far beyond anything I have ever experienced before.

I was originally referred by a local estate agent. My initial chats with Jack were super insightful and he was super helpful so I knew when the property came up they would be the mortgage advisors for me.

In January, I viewed a property and with an extremely quick turnaround time from we are mortgages I was able to get a decision in principle sorted, even with a slightly unique Let to Buy scenario. I want to highlight Eva's incredible work ethic. She worked on her day off to make sure I had the decision in principle as fast as possible and was always available giving constant updates.

During my mortgage meeting Eva was super knowledgeable and is a credit to the team. She made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions quickly and with detailed responses.

Once the offer on our property was accepted, my case was handed over to Jay. She was extremely friendly and made sure to keep me updated the whole way through the process.

The whole team have made an extremely stressful time so much easier and now we feel super comfortable about purchasing a property.

We will always use We are mortgages and will be recommending their services to all our family and friends.
